Have to and must both express  express obligation or necessity. 'Have to' is often used to express external requirements or obligations, such as rules and laws.ex: ex: I have to see the doctor tomorrow.
 but must can imply that the obligation comes from internal motivations( something necessary or very important that is required to be done)
\You must arrive  by 11 o'clock.
must is also used to make suggestions and recommendations
ex: We must get together for lunch.
