Eukaryotic organisms are larger in size than prokaryotic, have membrane bound nucleus contains DNA and ribosomes synthesis, membranous organelles, Mitochondria is the energy producer in the cell . rough endoplasmic modifies protiens, smooth reticulum synthesize lipids. Golgi apparatus is responsible for sorting of lipids and protiens.

-Euokaryotic organisms are cell containing true nucleus which characterized by having nuclear membrane and diploid number of chromosomes.

-Euokaryots also have histones associated with DNA. They don't have peptidoglycan. They have membrane bound organelles.
