Yes, Hiroshima was a crime.

According to the court, firing atomic bombs on cities violated international law at the time, which was established in the Hague Laws on Land Warfare of 1907 and the Hague Draft Rules of Air Warfare of 1922–1923.

In three days, two atomic bombs were launched on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, causing extensive damage and the deaths of citizens in both cities. The two atomic bombings resulted in the deaths of about 220,000 individuals, 20,000 of whom were Japanese soldiers and the majority were citizens.

In the immediate latest attack, more than 100,000 people died, and the remaining victims of nuclear radiation perished by the end of 1945.
