Yes maybe you have covid but the result is negative because negative result means that you are not infectious but it's not mean that you do not have covid but if you have symptoms, but test negative those are  some possible explanations for what may be happening:

1-  It’s too early, and your viral load may not be high enough to show up on a test. You will likely test positive eventually.

2-  If you used an at-home test, there may have been user error that produced a false negative.

3-  Maybe Your immunity fought off the virus, and you  aren't sick enough to be found on a test

So symptoms of vaccine are that specify that if you have covid-19 or not
