Yes, Jelly fish can see, as the ability of seeing is different in each kinds of jelly fish, as  Scyphozoa (true jellyfish) and Cubozoa (box jellyfish) have rhopalia, which is a sensory structure contains gravity cells ,neurons, and light receptor cells, this rhopalia has the eyes of these groups of jellyfish, they also have a visual systems composed of simple eyes or complex lens eyes, like humans, for example, Tripedalia a kind of box jellyfish has 4 rhopalia, each with 6 eyes: 4 simple eyes, and 2 lens eyes.
