No, would of is grammatically incorrect and makes no sense . The true way is to say would have as sometimes we use would as a helping verb to form a verb phrase which needs a main verb and one or more helping verb to be formed.so we use have (not of ) with would to form the verb phrase.

ex:

If you had told me, I would have seen the film.
