Here is how you know what kind of iPhone you have:

- Select General from the Settings app.

- At the top of the General page, tap About.

- If your iPhone is running iOS 12.2 or later, you should see the model name on the third line.

Look for the model number beneath the model name if you have an older iPhone that can't run iOS 12.2. This is the SKU number. When you tap that SKU code, a shorter code beginning with an "A" will appear, which is your model number.
