It's grammatically incorrect to say had have, but the correct way is to say have had as have had is the present perfect tense of the verb have and the correct form of the tense is have +p.p. In this case, have had means I owned something since the past , but I no longer have it now or  I do not still have it.

ex:

I have had a lot of work to do this week.

have and has use  for the present tense and had for the past tense but  Had have is the present perfect tense of the verb have and we use it when we talk about the past or something happened in the past and connection to what is happening now .

Example :   I had have  a lot of bad experiences.
