ECG changes in pulmonary embolism include :-
-sinus tachycardia that means heart rate is more than 100 beats/min.
-Dominant R wave in V1
-Right atrial enlargement (P pulmonale)
-Right axis deviation
-Atrial tachyarrhythmias
-Clockwise rotation
-Non-specific ST segment and T wave changes, including ST elevation and depression.
