Speaking with others does not at all mean victory over them, nor does it mean confirming your opinion and proving that you are correct, but rather everything in it is a dialogue and a calm logical discussion. for examples the perlocutionary  speech act which stands for the utterance affect on the listeners , for ex:

 persuading ,inspiring,deterring , convincing , scarring and enlightening.

ex: why don't you study for exams tomorrow?
