According to CDC, Children should  take 2 doses of MMR vaccine and begin the first dose of MMR vaccine (measles, mumps, rubella) at 12 to 15 months of age and the second dose at 4 through 6 years of age.

Also, Teens and adults should be up to date on their vaccination with MMR.
