do why wasp traps work

No,wasp traps do not work perfectly for it catch extra insects. Any biting insect inside radius of the smell will be pulled to the bait, so the wasps catched in the trap aren't certainly the wasps which you want to get ride of it ,but it may still living and annoying you.

Actually, Not,, because  the major problem to wasp traps is attraction to more insects , and another problem  with wasp traps that they can capture workers whose  work is to pursue  food for in order to  be being back to queen and her young ,so the queen  still safe in her nest and still reproduce. ..
