No, Garnier doesn’t test on animals, they are cruelty free, so they don’t use animals to prove the quality of their products, and also they don’t sell their products, where animal testing is legally allowed.

No, Garnier has assured that they don't test finished substances  on animals, In addition they don't market their products where animal testing is wanted by law.
