You can stop snoring by doing the following:

Stop smoking because it closes the airways

Exercising in general helps reduce snoring.

sleep on your side

Freshen the room's air

Change your eating and drinking habits

Lose your weight because this will reduce the fatty tissue in the back of the throat

Try to sleep and wake up at the same time every day. This habit helps you to get an ample and comfortable sleep and thus get rid of snoring.

Try using an orthopedic pillow to ensure your neck is comfortable too

Take a hot, steamy bath before bed
