I agree with the statement 'to be a good leader you must become a good follower' because the good follower becomes the go-to person at work and is capable of finishing his boss duties.A good follower  is strategic and choice-driven, taking control of his career and empowering himself at work. A good follower realizes his boss matters , able to change his perspective to suit his boss's style ,do things before boss asks , be the follower he wants to have if you are the leader and develop collaborative relationships.
