Cream Caramel
the ingredients:
six eggs - a teaspoon of vanilla - a small cup of sugar - two cups of milk
How to prepare cream caramel;
put two spoons of sugar in a pan and leave it until it turns black
warm the milk
Now the caramel is ready to cool down
Now we put the eggs in a bowl with a quarter cup of sugar and we whisk them well
Then we add vanilla and milk
Now we mix the ingredients that we have mixed well until the mixture becomes homogeneous
Then we put the mixture in the oven for a period ranging between 40 minutes to an hour
After that we put it in the refrigerator
