Stakeholders are those people who have an interest in the project and they are persons or organizations participating in the project, and also have a direct influence on it, as well as their interests affected as a result of the project completion or implementation, and the team responsible for the project should identify the stakeholders and manage their influence, demands and expectations. To reach the project to the desired level of success. Stakeholder examples:

* Higher Management

* Executive Director of the project

* Clients

* Head of the project

* Project users and those responsible for it  

* People responsible for project resources
