Yes, sepsis can be shown in blood tests as complete blood count (CBC), lactate, C-reactive protein (CRP) test that is considered an indication of inflammation, blood culture to identify the type of bacteria and know the cause for infection and prothrombin time (PT) and partial thromboplastin time (PTT), platelet count, and d-dimer tests.

There are Confirmatory tests for sepsis as endotoxin test, procalcitonin (PCT) test and septicyte test.

Also, it can be shown in Urinalysis and Urine culture in cases of  a urinary tract infection (UTI).
