No, Isotretinoin doesn't affect the future and possibility of pregnancies, and doesn't have any relation with the fertility or infertility, but it only affects the fetus while administration, so it's not safe to take Isotretinoin during the pregnancy, but, Woman can finish her course of Isotretinoin and still getting pregnant after that without any potential risk or harms to her unborn baby.
