People need advocates for many reasons as The role of the advocate in social and health care context is to support a vulnerable or disadvantaged person and to make sure that there rights are upheld in health care context .

So this may include wheelchair person or physically disabled persons so the main purpose of advocacy is to ensure that the client opinions voice and experience are heard and treated with proper respect also the client is receiving fair and equal treatment ,makes sure that The client is fully aware of their rights under current legislation .
