The registration numbers must be displayed as follows:
* Number must be painted, applied as a decal, or in any case appended to the two sides of the bow.
* Number must peruse from left to directly on the two sides of the bow.
* Number must be in any event three-inch-high strong BLOCK letters.
* Number's shading must appear differently in relation to its experience.
* Decal must be fastened to the port (left) half of the vessel inside six creeps of the enlistment number. The decal may go before or follow the number.
