NO, master's degree shouldn't be capitalized because it is a common name . When  the terms master's degree isn't not a part of a title and used generically,it shouldn't be capitalized and written in lowercase  with an apostrophe before the s.For ex:

Peter has a master's degree.

But When referring to a degree by its name,use title case. For example:

I am on the Master of Science course
