The disease of the past, It is the multiplication of microorganisms that leads to inflammation of the intestine ,She also researched the most important pathogens that might have a role in the microbiome's transformation from a symbiotic organism to a hypothetical pathogen.Studies have shown that the normal structure of the intestinal microbiome is found in IBD.and this altered microbiome, or "dysbiosis," is the main cause of IBD.

1. The Black Death(Bubonic plague): the black death sepread in most of Europe and the Mediterranean. It killed more than 50 million people.

2. The Speckled Monster( smallpox) which is appeared around 10,000 BC and is caused by the variola virus.

3. Avian Influenza which also known as Bird flu. The disease occurred the first time in Italy in 1878.

4. Ebola  is caused by the ebola filovirus. Ebola has five different  kinds of ebola virus, four of them are cause disease in humans.

5. Leprosy is caused by bacteria Mycobacterium leprae

  6. Polio Which was the most scared childhood disease in the period of 1940s and early 1950s
