Chandrayaan-2 was a failing attempt by India's space agency which was supposed to be successful but at the last step , the dream of landing on the surface of moon did not happen when scientists lost contact with the lander before it was to land on the moon's surface. The lander was about 2.1 km  (1.3 miles) from the lunar surface when contact was lost with it . Chandrayaan 2 mission , crashed on the lunar surface on September 7-2019 , about two month later, scientists found it which means the lander would not land on the intended location. In addition to this, some scientists say unfair to assert that the mission failed.
