I got a chance to study either in South Korea or in the UK. I am interested in tourism and language. I am trying to decide which course to pursue. I am 28 and I have been to both of the countries coulee of times already. I originally wanted to study in Japan but I was refused because I didn't have toefl or graduated from an English school(I am not native English speaker...) so, since I have been to Soeul and Busan couple of times now, I want to study more in South Korea than to UK(in London I got offers) . However there is ageism going on in Korea and I have been told or warned off more to not study there as a uni student(freshman at age 28) because people will put a line between each other cause I would be like an aunt(?) to them.. I was even told if I am ok not making friends in the classroom or in my department then I'd be fine at the uni..(The Koreans I have met have told me these,...) I want Asia but UK has lots of benefits too, if I graduate from a UK uni that is. I can't seem to decide and the application deadline end within a month..I don't know if anyone on this site can be helpful, or reply but yea..
