Resistance = Resistivity ×Length / Area

Resistivity = 21 ohm/m=21×10-03 ohm/mm

Length=140cm long=1400mm

Area=π/4(diameter)2=π/4(0.08)2

=5.024×10-03mm2

​​​​Resistance= 21×10-03×1400/(5.024×10-03)

=5852 ohm (approximately)
