Yes, tea has caffeine but the amount of caffeine differs from one kind of tea to another and also the way that you prepare your tea, for example, tea leaves have 3.5% caffeine, About 237 ml of black tea has 47 mg of caffeine, 237 ml of green tea has between 20 and 45 mg, 237 ml of white tea has between 6 and 60 mg and 1 gm of matcha green tea has 35 mg of caffeine.
