What does green poop mean

Usually green  poop does not mean something is abnormal, green or greenish brown poop may only be due to one of the following normal things:

Eating green leafy vegetables, such as spinach.

Eating foods that contain green food dyes.

Taking iron supplements.
But if the person has diarrhea, the reason for the appearance of green poop here may be different, as it often means that your food moves through your digestive system quickly, which did not allow the bile  to change its color to brown as in normal cases.
