Yes, xanthan gum is healthy, as it has some healthy benefits, such as decreasing cholesterol, increasing the feeling of fullness, and having same cancer-fighting properties, but in other way it may cause some digestive problems.

No, Xanthan gum isn't healthy as when you eat it in large quantities to get its benefits, it increases the risk of digestive problems, but adding it to foodstuffs is considered safe for most people.
