The Gospel of Luke was written between AD 58 and 65 and it was written for Gentile Christians.Some, such as Saint Jerome and Saint Gregory of Nazianzus, believed that Saint Luke wrote his Gospel in Achaia, some said that he wrote it in Antioch, and others said in Rome during the imprisonment of the first Apostle Paul.
