According to isolation instructions for COVID-19 from Ottawa public health, you can end covid isolation in ontario if your symptoms have been improving for 24 hours or 48 hours if you suffer from gastrointestinal symptoms  as vomiting or diarrhea and you do not have a fever and you have been isolated 20 days from the onset of symptoms or the date of your positive test.
