Yes, Quinoa expires but after the expiry of its validity period, as the dry type of it lasts from 2 to 3 years without spoiling, but you must follow the date written on the box because you do not know how long it will be stored on the shelf and it is possible to know if it is spoiled by changing its smell, and the surest way is to cook it. If it smells strange or if its texture is coarse or hard, it is considered spoiled.
