You can syphon water with a long hose by using your hose to combine the forces of gravity and pressure in order to properly syphon water uphill. You will want two empty buckets of water for this procedure. One bucket should be placed on top of another. The other bucket should then be filled with water and placed on a lower surface.
As soon as the hose is entirely immersed, place one end of it on the water-filled bucket. Wait until the bubbles are gone at this point so that air cannot enter the hose. The other end of the hose should be placed on the bare bucket. Expect the passage and transfer of the water.
