Roblox is not working maybe the version of your browser need to updated to the latest one . And about Roblox Studio, you also require to use the latest version of Internet Explorer. But if you find problem playing with your present browser, then you should attmept playing on a various browser.For example, Chrome or Firefox .

Check to See if Your Browser is  Supported.

To play Roblox, make sure you are running the most recent version of your browser.

Please try playing on a different  browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox if you are     having problems with your  current one.

Also, try to restart your computer and check your anti-virus system; it may be blocking such programmes.
